- Four members of the same family are dead after a Wednesday night shooting in Alameda, and a second child was taken to the hospital in a family tragedy that has shocked the small island community, police said.

worked in an ER for about 8-9 years and after a while …..you get kind of numb and you just do your job. It is not that you do NOT care, but you just do what you are hired to do and you leave your “personal” feeling at the door.
