  • I retuned the SCT128 chromatic harmonica from slightly wet to completely dry tuning. A little more tweaking is needed to finally eliminate the tremolo effect.

    Uz svo uvazavanje to ste mogli odsvirati na svakoj hromatskoj harmonici.Nije vam za to bila potrebna Ova STc 128.Ona ona mora da zvuci sasvim drugacije.Mora da zvuci kao klasicna tremolo harmonika sa jedinom razlikom sto moze da odsvira polutonove koje obicna tremolo ne moze.Veliki pozdrav.

    Why would you spend a LOT of money for a tremolo-tuned harmonica, only to then eliminate the tremolo tuning...?? Sorry for asking, but as a SCT-128 player myself, I just don't understand your point of view here... did you regret buying this harmonica??

      Just curiosity. I wanted to find out how it will sound with completely dry tuning. Actually, I had it tuned back to wet tuning and sold it at more than the price I got it and the buyer was very happy.

      Vir Leynes well, good on you. Personally I'd like to get a spare set of reedplates, and just by changing the plates turn it into a standard chrome, should be better than a Sirius or Fabulous even...
      Problem is, I don't know where to get spare plates for this instrument...
