One of my friend has only done concurrent audit of banks for 3 years. He asked principal for giving him other work but principal didn't put him in other job.
My home to office distance is 25 km..i used to travel by bike ckz its quite far.. But as I have met with an accident , with leg fracture...i m advised not to ride bike.. And taking the distance into consideration.. I want transfer from this office to nearest office,here I can go by bus or toto Can I get transfer in 3rd year??
Exactly this bonded labour of three years is waste of time for those who are quick learners.. Matlab teen saal aisa kya hai jo teen saal lagte hai seekhne mein jab sab kuch toh YT pe hai aajkal. Opportunity cost of three years is so much which we are letting it go.
Mujhe zyada toh iss baat par ghussa aata hai... All this indecency and harassment has been normalized by people and also students When I speak to someone about how I'm feeling all this is toxic, people and seniors come up with stupid advice ki yaar jahan bhi jao har ek firm mein aisa hi hota hai. Aisa hi nai hota agar aap hone nai dete! Why all this has been normalized when you know you deserve to be treated well. We should always keep this in mind that we always have a CHOICE It is our choices that show us what we truly are far more than our abilities. Thank you sir, you're doing a great work!
Best way to do Articleship : For registeration purpose register with person you know Then work khi or sikho, no one can force in name of not giving transfer
Bohot kam aysa dkhne ko milta he ki koi admi CA ban jane ke baad v students ki actual problems pe baat krta ho .....mai ek incidence share krna chahta hun mere office ki... jab election ke time pe candidate vote ke liye aate the to mere principal ne bola ki sir kyu na final ke exams ko articleship ke pehle krwa de ..bacho ka bhala ho jyga....toh sare CAs ne ek hi baat boli "Sir aap CA ho gaye na aab chodo yea sari baate"
Sir mera 109 reject ho gya by RO because of technical ereor & maine same firm mein dusre partner k under register kiya tha(as transfer is not allowed ) to wo bhi rejected aara h . So ab mein dobara 1st principal se transfer lene k baad 102 mein new firm mein register ho skta hu?
I am in 2nd year of my articleship . Already filed form 109 on the basis of mutual consent . When i uploaded principal's noc there was no specific reason but in my request letter to my principal i quoted the reason -i want to take transfer for professional growth but RO didn't approve because reason didn't matched. Now i asked sir to quote reason in his noc he's denying and taking all those reasons as allegations. Please suggest what should i do now .
Sir, I am a ca inter (cafc route) student and completed my graduation this year and I am also giving this may2022 attempt for inter grp 1 What if I convert to direct entry(so that I can start my articleship) in June/July , and results of this attempt come in August, will I still be eligible for conversion? And also if I pass in group one , does that carry forwarded to direct entry scheme too?? Please answer 🙏🏻

ICAI should allow Industrial Training for all the 3 years just like ICSI and ICMAI..
