In what situations is E+R better?

@@ShoDesu in the situations when you need to do E as fast as possible (R animation blocks it) or you see jungler is coming and he will jump on adc. Also when you want make enemies no time to react (if you use R before E then they will have time to react and they may flash out/dash) 🐥🧡.

so man i ve really loved your video and it s really useful. I wanted to tell you tho that a guy named: "RaizinsLOL" made a video one month later than yours called: "11 Actually Useful Tips for RAKAN" (it s actually 15 tips tho) and 4 of the tips in that video are the exact same as yours, he even used YOUR clips. The remaining 11 tips are just so useless and TOO basic. I don t know if he asked you permission to use your footage but since he didn t say it in the video nor in the description i just wanted to inform you of that even because "his" video got more views than yours... i hope he's not being a scumbag
