Description: This is my starter home. Basically your Sim can afford to buy this house with the default amount of money that they get. The house is very small and frankly, undetailed, but it is good for if you're going to play without cheats. I made as detailed as I could and I did use as little money as I could, so that your Sims would have some leftover money. If you guys like the house don't forget to download it.

yep but I really wanted the house so I tried it. the first few things I downloaded from mediafire or whatever its called worked perfectly so I had no worries. I do get nearly everything on the resource anyway : )
