Do not compare 7-8% directly with 12+% the market gives. The ROCE will be much higher. The rotation cycle of capital will be maximum 2 months. Which means the ROCE will be 50-60% which you can never earn in markets without hassle
That much hassle and dependant on cooks ane staff and then commission for swiggy zomato plus rental and itna business karke u earn 50k a month then it's useless.. Not managed well..

Net profit isnt calculated on capital but on revenue. So the ROCE would be much higher - 40%+
