    only the emblem with the Hi Res symbol and headphone jack is plastic all the rest is Metal/Alu
    I bought the FC 3 now in red ,looks so awesome the FC1 I will buy in red too.
    Then I have 1 FC1 3 FC3 and 1 FC4.
    I can’t really hear a difference between FC 3 and FC4 both are awesome .
    I use them with iPad Pro 12,9 M2 and Philips Fidelio X3❤️ and in some days with the Meze 109 Pro

    Not the best SQ. Very low power but OK with low impedance IEM's. Good price/quality ratio.

      Would it be worth it for plugging a phone into having it run to a car EQ that runs to my amps? Not wanting to pay hundred but it looks like I might have to.

    I just thinking if i buy 7Hz Zero. What's your opinion i wanna get some USB DAC: HiBy FC1 (if this cheap work propper), HiBy FC3 or FiiO KA1? (music on cheap smartphone)

      The FC1 is decent and has been updated since I did this video. There are also options from Tempotec but not tried them apart from the HD II

      @@magarincho They are capable especially the E44 variant. Many good adapters these days. Just depends on budget.

    Which headphones are the best under 25 dollars? I watched some reviews and openheart Resin look good, are there any better options?

      There are a few good options like the KBear KS1, Tin T1 Plus, Blon 01, Blon 03, Openheart is good but a bit too bassy.

    Is the hardware volume control on the dac independence of the source? Like if I control the volume using dac buttons will it change the system volume of the windows/android device?

      It's independent.

      @@hugoigni I prefer to max it in Windows then control the volume on the dongle or amp.

    how much different from fc3. Fc3 2x more expensive than this. Or this is still good enough?

      Never tried the FC3 but on paper it doesn't look like it's worth it.

    Friend, do you know of an in-ear phone that has a more neutral response? And this FC1 is better than the Meizu HiFi DAC?

      I don't know of many neutral earphones but I heard the Final E500 is supposed to be quite neutral. I would not say the FC1 is better than the Meizu but different.

      Not tried the FC3 but the only difference from what I see is MQA support as they both have the same power output.

      The FC3 getting extremely loud and I think FC 1 get the same loudness because both have 70mW
      I have 2 FC3 (1 is the old FC3 with the Round LED indicator)and 1 FC4 and now I bought a another FC3 and a FC1 because they are in Red Color and it looks so nice.

    Are any of these dongle DACs below $80 worth buying if we are using sensitive and easy to drive IEMs like KZs, CCAs etc especially to get better and cleaner sound than Smartphone's inbuilt DAC?

      They typically have a cleaner output than a phone headphone jack.

      @@VortexReviews1 u have a iPhone with the Apple dingle u will not hear a difference because Apple have the best audio hardware but if u have not a iPhone I highly recommend the Hiby FC1 or FC3.
      If u have Apple Music and over ear headphones it’s a perfect solution because u can hear the Apple Music in best possible quality,Lossless ,HI Res Lossless and Dolby Atmos.

      @@skyhero1888 Android only for me and I have since sold this FC1 as I did not use it unfortunately. I use either the Truthear Shio or Jcally AP90 these days.

      I don't have the Sonata with me for direct comparison but I would not say it is not better or worse from memory.

      FC 3 is much better because it have a ES chip ( ES 9281 Pro ) and the FC3 have 10mW more power
