Good evening Mrs. Gina. I just wanted to let you know. My 6th year Wedding Anniversary was 7-26-2020. My Hubby who is not a cook. Made this meal for us on Saturday 7-25-2020. My grandma never would eat shrimp. Every time (and I mean every time) she saw anyone eating shrimp, she'd point out that she didn't eat shrimp because shrimp "look like grub worms."
But I say if grub worms tasted like shrimp, I'd be eating them too.

Hey Gina, I made the shrimp scampi last nite. It came out great. The family loved it. I used vermouth instead of cooking wine and slap yo mama instead of old bay, and served with angel hair pasta, green salad, and crusty garlic bread.... thank you so much for another greAt recipe....God Bless

Looks delish. I'm sure that was waaaaay more than 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. That literally made me LOL. I know you're guestimating. I just love you and your recipes. I regret showing my hubby your fish tacos. He asks for it 4x a week. FOUR times a week. We're all sick of it but that's how good it is. I did add cilantro and chopped onion to the cole slaw
