I am so excited to bring to you my cover of Daft Punk's song One More Time from their 2001 album, Discovery!
This is easily the biggest work I've done on a single video on my CZcams channel so far, and I really hope you enjoy it!
The entire process was done by me: writing out the sheet music, recording, filming, editing, and uploading. The process of recording to final product took 10 days, with the sheet music having been written out in late June/early July.
I am hoping to do more of these Daft Punk covers with percussion, but the process is long and challenging. Keep up to date with me on twitter to be in the know!
The percussion equipment was generously lent to me by the Malta Band Club in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

In hindsight, the final outcome isn't what I wanted...
I can't believe I did all of the "mixing" and alignment in Cypershot Powerdirector instead of a DAW - no wonder the synching is all over the place!
I hadn't even started using Premier at this point, and I knew virtually nothing about audio, mic technique, mixing, or mastering.
I've learned a lot in five years, and that's something to be happy about. :)
