      In outer space, in which this rollercoaster is set, there is no upside-down! Even if you had Planet Earth above you, it would be no different from seeing the moon from Earth!

    Wow, Jordan... That was great! Extremely imaginative, and well-paced. I no longer wonder what would have happened if Stanley Kubrick had designed a coaster.

      Thank you! Kubrick is my favorite director and his work definitely inspired many ideas for this one.

    At the risk of repeating myself. This coast is incredible. The sheer size and the momentum make a hell of a trip. Good call on the big load. Makes the experience a real rush.
    Now I have to get my friends very stoned and whip this out on them...

  • @MrCreamster20
    @MrCreamster20 Před 7 lety +3

    This is certainly a coaster that throws your sense of "the ground" out the window and make you feel like your flying through space. The towering supports are the only vague hint at best of your position of which is kinda confusing anyway.
    Another superb coaster.

    I don't think that I have seen a coaster as disorienting as this one. The black background and lack of the feel of gravity does it. I like the contrasting look. Pretty cool, and definitely unique.

    @mysticmamba5133 Před 7 lety +4

    Holy crap, what a comeback! That was truly something else! So artistic and creative, with enough inversions to make even The Smiler walk away in shame! Not many coasters could keep up their momentum that well for 8 whole minutes; I daresay this is your most intricate and well thought out layout yet! Well done!

      Not to mention it is the most inversions on an NL2 coaster to date there was this much rougher NL1 coaster that has 22 inversions and this coaster beats it by one with 23 inversions, but this one guy i challenged him to make a totally bonkers 40 inversion coaster in NL2 so be on the lookout for that one.

    • @jordanb7624
      @jordanb7624  Před 7 lety +1

    Is this Video slowly rendered or is your PC able to capture in 4k60fps?
    Cool, smooth coaster, I even know the "LIMBO" Game :D

    • @jordanb7624
      @jordanb7624  Před 7 lety +2

      My PC is actually pretty high end. The majority of my parks (with a few exceptions) can load with 4k60fps with very few frame-rate dips. Rendering always takes a long time since I export my videos from NL2 in Mov raw format. I end up with massive files for my B-Roll which I am able to compress when I edit and export the final video through Adobe Premiere Pro.

    I had an idea. if you want to do partial VR for your videos all you have to do is record what your oculus sees and keep the headset still

    • @jordanb7624
      @jordanb7624  Před 7 lety +1

      Zonies Coasters This is something I would love to do in the future. Game capture in VR is a very difficult procedure with the resources that are currently available. Also the raw output render file would likely be too large to fit on my hard drive (we're taking terrabytes of data, raw render data for my UHD videos can be as large as 700gb already before the editing process). I'm confident that in the future there will be applications that can capture VR content like this more efficiently and I'll look into creating that type of content when this becomes available.

    • @jordanb7624
      @jordanb7624  Před 7 lety +3

      For the most part, that hasn't happened. My designs take a while because I make sure I'm fully confident in my ideas before I begin to execute them. That way, I have a mental storyboard of the entire sequence as I'm designing it.
