My grandmother just died 3 days ago I come to find something comforting and found this. I was my grandmothers caregiver she has been ill for a while and it’s been so tough emotionally, I’m sat here in tears wracked with every emotion. I don’t know how I’m going to live my life without her , she was my angel and my priority.

whenever i hear this song i have so many emotions mixed up. the sadness for jack’s death and the people who died on titanic, rose willing to die with jack but has to keep her promise, those mixed emotions of being happy and sad at the same time when we see rose’s pictures alongside that she rides a horse the way she told jack she’ll do and then those final scenes when they reunite in heaven with the passengers who died on titanic. this is the only song which can make me cry every damn time i hear it and i just can’t help it.
