I don't know about where you are, but paint has been locked up here for about 30 years
@@AfferbeckBeats it is kind of a think of the past, back when the only paint you could get was from car shops and people looked at you funny if you bought more than a couple tins or colours. Now there are graff shops devoted to selling specialised paint specifically for grattifi. But in the 80's & 90's, especially if you were young & poor, the racking in the day before going out at night was just as big a part of it (the more colours you could rack, the better your piece would be). Ive seen Graffiti change a lot since back then when you were nothing but a criminal, like some other emerging underground subcultures. Its more accepted now. Neway, sorry long reply, my OP was just a joke really. Btw, I'm 🇬🇧 ✌️
Oil pastels.....yes they can be easily buffed, but the thing is you can get a lot of them at thrift stores for a buck or two...or just boost them. The colors are good and you're going to get a shit ton of tags with them. I have tags with pastels that have been up for 3 + years.

A good tip is filling up some Poscas or other pens with ink, paint, and homemade ink or paint. You can also make mops out of those goblicker candy things, you can watch a video on it.

For the record, magnet doesn't need to be at the bottom, side works fine as well. For some reason I have a bunch of flat rectangle magnets, I tape them to the side to make sure I don't lose them.

you should do another one of these and mention the can refill hack, when you empty it screw in a bike tube vlave and then melt the metal and rubber together, then you need a special tool that removed a little peice of the valve that lets you put in new paint. just in case you got some paint lying around
and then u put the inside of the valve back in and you use a bike pump with a psi reader to fill it up with pressure but you need to figure out wat pressure to put in

I’ve been soaking my caps in acetone, I had no idea you could just turn the can upside down and spray.
yeah bro only just after you have finished using it
Gat a cap cleaner can.. it is just acetone on can, so you can save even more caps.. turn upside down after spraying and press like in video, then put over on cap cleanercan and give a quick press! throw (now clean) cap back in bag! ❤

TIP: if you want to get as much paint out of the can as possible, grab it firmly and start swirling it around. In this way, the paint left on the walls of the can will flow down thanks to centrifugal force😁

Idk if it's just my area, but I haven't found a can with a steel ball bearing in it for months. Most brands seem to use ceramic ball bearings as mixers now. Strongest magnets I can get my hands on don't keep them from moving even a little. Tried Rusto, Krylon, M360, 94, need to get my hands on some Acme and Loop and see if it works on them still.
