I have always been interested in the climate change side of public policy but as I don't have a formal degree in environmental science or science for that matter, how can I still pursue my interest in the said direction and be able to work in the field?

Could people stop making videos like this where they use flash cards and no audio to ask a question and then have someone answer the question verbally leaving zero context for those of us that are extremely dyslexic and rely 90% on our auditory abilities to keep up with what is being conveyed? I love getting answers to questions but I would love it even more if I could hear the questions being asked first. Yes, I can read but I am a VERY slow reader and really depend on audio context to be able to get the most out of learning. Thanks. :)
