Andy Blitz. I loved him on Late Night. Whatever happened to him? My 2 favorite bits he did that cracked me up hard for no reason was him just standing behind the port hole looking around and I think he played the reporter reading the Supreme Court's Bush V Gore decision but then runs away.

No way. Just because you've heard it multiple times doesn't mean the guest has, and he's speaking to the guest.

Entertaining the guest matters, however it is ultimately in service of creating a product for the listeners to enjoy. I think Conan generally does an amazing job of this, but this particular anecdote is played out in my opinion.
