The vast majority of news that we see and hear on TV every day is negative and depressing, yet we drink that negativity and take it into our existence every day. No wonder we so easily become ill, depressed, discouraged. To combat these negative effects on our existence, we need to fill ourselves with positivity. So search out goodness, nature, positive words, positive people, and music to push that negativity out of our mind and body so that we may heal and feel and grow the strength and goodness that already exists within us. You cannot always control the input that comes at you, but you can control how it affects you by counter-acting its affects and how you react to it by what you say and do immediately after experiencing thise negative inputs fired at you. Be positive, be strong, and know that you are appreciated here on Earth.

So let me explain my own story. I was Ill many years ago and went to many doctors. Nothing improved it. I had a very intuitive friend who said you're going to have to do this yourself! And you'll figure it out. I had no idea other than to just start praying and I did. You have to understand I was so ill that the outer edges of my vision were all black and as time went on this blackness was getting worse and worse and worse I was incredibly weak and all the rest. I could hardly walk through feet without stopping. So I took my friend's advice and started praying. At first I felt it was completely hopeless. But by the end of the first night I could stand up and walk a little further, The Blacklist in my eyes was less and I felt a little bit more alive. By the end of the third day I could walk 10 ft and was profoundly better. For those first three days I prayed 10 to 12 hours a day. Don't mind you it was only 10 or 15 minutes at a time then I would take a break for a few minutes and start again. I pretty much said through the grace of God in perfect timing that my lungs are healed, my stomach is healed, I went through every single body system that I could and I just kept saying it over and over and over again. I then discovered that if I started saying a one sentence prayer for those that I knew that were ill my friends and such that that seem to speed up my own healing. I shared this with a friend who was in a nursing home, she was only 44, and felt hopeless as I did. She started the same prayer therapy for herself quietly in her own little bed in her own little room tucked away from the world, she was so lonely, but by the end a four or five days she herself felt much much better. She said it's so simple and here I am having all this time it worked it worked! So yes the body is aware of the words you say. And even if you don't believe!! They still work they have a power to them. How many times has the grace of God been said? Trillions and trillions. As far as I am concerned and from what I experienced I didn't have to believe when I said that I couldn't but it did work the power of those words worked no matter what
I believe words play an important role but let’s be realistic and remember that other things also come into play. Try eating mercury everyday you will become sick even when you tell yourself you are healed..

self- affirmation brought me to lose 35kg weight, got me into IT, got me girls, stopped smoking. Just by the help of a mental trainer how told me to write down my goals and read it 10 times loud in the morning and evening(or often) until i reach my goals. 10people where in my class and all archived there goals with this method.
And that's why certain Chants and Prayers are preformed at a particular pitch and rythem..and that's when they work..and people see miracles..

It is by far the most deceptive negative and utterly useless language in regards to the betterment and forwarding of the human spirit mind and heart. At 8:01 the way the "sound is visual" makes me go back to what I've always thought. As a kid I thought I could see particles or movement of just life around me. As I grew up I was told i have something called "snow vision"
My entire vision is filled with tiny dots of all different colors that are constantly moving around kind of like static on a tv screen but way way smaller. I still have perfect vision but they are always there and cover my entire vision, in the dark I can see them way more clearly . Is this what you have also ?

My Spiritual Teacher told us of the power of the words and mantras,l but I don't recall such a scientific explanation as put forth here. That resulted in me being somewhat "wishy-washy" about my own ability to use these powerful words. I wish I had had more faith in those words 20 yrs. ago

Thank you, everything seems to make sence to me now,i have been feeling like we are on the verge of somthing of great signifigance is soon to be with us,spiritual, somthing,there are so many things going on now,related directly to all your talking about, and have slowly been putting the pieces together, i want to put my finger on what exactly i should be doing,,and yes the power of the spoken word is very powerful,,for instance,spelling B,casting spells,speach, mind ,breathing, there is so much information,one thing i do know we all need to lead by example,so important,our children ,we have been doung things all wrong,yes we are getting better,but the damage is deep ,we have to work,together. The realization of paradise or heaven or perfection. You realize that reality is absolute perfection. With the realization of immortality you have no more fear because nothing bad can happen to you. You've literally transcended death and so as an immortal eternal being that you now realize that you are, you're in paradise. You're in heaven. You realize that heaven is right here right now. Heaven is not some place you go to. Heaven is just the realization of eternity, of absolute love.
There are so many different people commenting here in a negative way that need to practice meditation for at least a month before spewing out ignorance. You have to evolve your mind before anything like this makes sense. Mocking ancient wisdom because it seems fantastical to you only displays how unevolved you currently still are. I got an OM tattoo when I turned 18...I was not really educated on what it actually was I was a teenager...I did give it thought though because I knew it would be permanent, I knew about the OM symbol because I had gotten into Hare Krishna as a teen and was amazed I was never exposed to other cultures growing up my parents are from the deep south...I am now in my late 40's and have a deep understanding and connection with not only the symbol but the vibration itself..I am amazed and grateful that my young teenage self was subconsciously attracted to this sacred vibration. I would like to share the gospel of our salvation in the dispensation of God's grace. “Grace can be defined as the undeserved favor of God for people who deserve His condemnation.”
God does not hold sins against us because they have already been paid for (every sin for every person.) Christ was made to be everyone's-every-sin (2 Corinthians 5:21). However, full reconciliation is not achieved until an individual "reconciles himself" to God (2 Corinthians 5:20). This happens upon belief of the gospel of our salvation. All humanity is forgiven but not all believe it. Being forgiven does not equal being saved, salvation comes by faith. Salvation is appropriated by faith, forgiveness of sins is NOT. Your sins were forgiven regardless of your belief. God did not need your faith at Calvary, He only needed His Son.
SALVATION is only gained by trusting Christ - via belief in the word of truth (the gospel of our salvation.) Salvation IS by works, just not our own. It is not of ourselves, but through the gift of God's grace that we are saved. Upon HEARING the gospel, if we BELIEVE the gospel, we are sealed with the holy Spirit of promise unto the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13-14). A lost soul can only be saved by trusting Christ to have done everything necessary for our salvation though His finished cross-work. Romans thru Philemon are the only books in the bible that explain salvation for today. In those books we find salvation is by faith alone, in Christ alone, without-any-works-of-any-kind-at-anytime. Christ died for your sins, and has risen for your justification (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) Put your faith in what He did rather than what you have done, are doing, or are going to do. Salvation is not getting-your-sins-forgiven, it's believing they already are. (2 Corinthians 5:19)

Knowing how good you are doesn't come by telling yourself that, it takes practice at what you're trying to achieve, so I say no to this theory, even if you're the best at something, trying to reassure yourself with words, doesn't always work.
It's not the words alone it has to have the thought.

I agree. What people should do is put aside what others are saying and ask themselves, has this worked for me? If not, the def of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting diff results. Personally I have tried and not seen anything close to the promises made, plenty of people to rush up and say oh, you don't get it. How many of those if truthful can say they were successful. Overused affirmations backfire. It's called energy crowding. When you say a word too much at a time it purges itself leaving a void of that word in your life. This is why rainmakers never think or say RAIN but dryness. Fact. They never fail to give bad ad-vice.

I think I found the tweak of making thoughts into things. I won't never ever tell anyone how it works, nor I will abuse it for getting rich, but I am getting used to it on daily basis, and I'll use it strictly when I need it. I guess it's gift I have to use it only for everydays struggle. The bad thing is that I have to be extremely careful with extreme control of mind, so I can't accidentally call for bad things. You need total control over your mind so you're sure you're not having bad thoughts.

I am here for this comment (the original) because of recent events that put me on the same kind of path. I think its harder for women who are into 'conspiracy theories' because we can be labeled as a crazy karen and you are absolutely right. I am still tryly working onnthe negative thoughts part and have just decided to blow out bad throughts in a huff of air??....i dont know what else to do with. Once your conscience of your thoughts and FINALLY notice the actual effects they make by saying them outloud....all im left with being able to do is just breathe. Any negative thought tricks would ve appreciated. Thought from the comment below i see why you said what you said. I want awareness and light. Im on my own finacial journey and ABSOLUTELY do not want to it influenced by negative thoughts, actions, people or persons. I want more 'wealth' so i can share it and lift those around me up. I am adamant about this and will die on that hill. Ive had it up to my nose with the ugliness this world has shifted into and if SPEAKING positively is the first step then so be it.
