Can I Make Ravioli Healthier? | Under 500 Calorie Meal Prep | Trader Joes

  • Recipe Ingredients :
    1 tbsp oil
    1 carton mushrooms (any kind work)
    1 zucchini
    1 package ravioli (~11 pieces)
    1.5 cups Raos Marinara Sauce
    3 Chicken Sausage from Trader Joes
    Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper
    Heat up the oil and sauté your chopped mushrooms and chopped zucchini. Add a pinch of salt to help then cook faster. Then, add chopped up chicken sausage (or tofu or beans) and season with black pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Let everything cook for a minute and add the marinara sauce. After it cooks for a minute add the cooked ravioli. Portion into 3 meals and microwave before eating!
