In fact, it's the robot at the door calling you. It means asking you to open the door and it brings something to you. But since you don't understand Chinese, it can only wait at the door. The person who knocked on the door was actually the room cleaner. She probably saw the robot waiting.
Hahaha yes, I think that happened 😅 So funny, thanks for watching 🙏🏼🇨🇳🤩
In China, a lot of hotels use robots to make deliveries. the phone call is to remind u that the robot is here.
You can wear shorts, T-shirts and slippers to go out, which is the relaxation of Cantonese. The point is that every city in China has its own unique food style and culture, even if it is the same country, they are still so different.🎉🎉
You can absolutely wear shorts go to outside, it’s socially acceptable no problem at all.
Welcome to China!🎉
Thanks for watching!! Next time I go, I will do it 👀🇨🇳 In my next video you’ll see how much I suffer in my long pants hahaha
@@oliverdadema lol,China is not North Korea, and people are free to wear clothes😂
You can wear whatever you like in China. Short trousers, slippers, tee shirt etc.. No problem.
From this guy's idea, it can be seen that the Western prejudice against China has been severely brainwashed
I stayed in a Manxin hotel in Nanjing last month, I loved it, the service was so good, you always get welcoming fruits on the arriving day and small gifts leaving. Breakfast also good, staff nice😊
welcome to China❤ it was also very safe in night you can visit the CBD of any china big cities while you can see beautiful lights on high buildings without any concerns about safety problems. Enjoy the trip!😊
Man every time I see video on China I get jealous,it's just on another level from rest of the world. I can imagine how's it going to be in 50 yrs. And I live in Toronto..I would love to live in China but IDK if my family would want that.great videi
That call was a reminder that the robot was at the door, bringing you fruit.
Subscribed. Nice video. This type of room will easily cost over US$400 in Australia I have never seen a robot deliver, Shenzhen is really technically advanced.
Yes right?! 🙏🏼 Thanks for watching and subscribing! Welcome to my channel 🇨🇳🤩
Not only in Shenzhen, robot deliver and cleaners everywhere in hotels and shopping malls
Nearly all hotels 3 to 5 stars used this technology in China. In Shenzhen there is a park that you can order food/drink on a machine and the drone will deliver to you within 6-8 mins.
Welcome to China. You are so nice. China has many beautiful natural scenery and cultural landscapes waiting for you to discover
Don’t mind too much. Before coming to China, this young man received too much Western media’s biased news brainwashing against China. Before he left, he also said that he had heard a lot of terrible things about China, so he was very nervous about going to China to experience this unknown country in person. It's good that he has the courage to come and see China today with his own eyes. Those stereotypes and stereotypes that were bad about China in the past will change when he comes to China in person. Please be more tolerant to a young man. ✨🤗
I can’t stop “laughing” to see you are finding your new continent in this small hotel. Wish you a good stay and fun in China❤
The phone rang you to let you know the robot is at your door with amenities hotel offers you. Because you did not interact with the robot therefore housekeeping came to you
6:54 she has a hard time opening the minion robot machine hahaha, Chinese people stay always very friendly !!!
I believe that the robot called him first. Since he didn't understand what it's saying, the robot just stayed at the door. The lady found the stationary robot and came to help.
lol yeah. She actually explained the reason why she couldn’t open it. Because it’s timed out.
All Chinese cities hotels very comfortable and all Chinese cities is green.
In China, except for a few occasions that require wearing, such as museums and memorials, there is no requirement on wearing in daily life. I hope you have a good time in China😃
Manxin is a standard chain hotel brands operated by Huazhu Group. So if you book other hotels brands owned by Huazhu(e.g. Ji, Orange Crystal, Mercure, Manxin, Xiyue) and are opened recent years, you might get similar experience. It runs many hotels in all the Chinese cities.
用一年去走走中國,會發現,商機巨大,收穫巨大,差異巨大,人情冷暖,神奇國度,大且包容,沒有做不到的,只有你想不到的。。
The eyes mask is suitable to wear when you are about to sleep, you may tear the back side so that you will find two “hooks” to hold to your ears, it’s warm and smells great, to make sure you have a sweet dream. The heat will be end like 15 mins so it’s safe. I hope you enjoy your stay in our province: CANTON🎉
hahaha, the robot is trying to deliver some fruit to you, so the phone call is from the robot😂😂but you didn’t open the door immediately, so the lady is trying to help you to open the robot, but she failed😂😂😂😂
In Shenzhen, there is no specific city center, but you are staying in one of the most expensive areas.
It is indeed a beautiful hotel.
that's not a fridge but a robot for guest room deliveries. The phone call might be for asking you to open the door to take the stuff.
Beautiful hotel❤
@@oliverdadema Absulutely! Whenever I go to China, that is a very first thing to do enjoying cheap and beautiful hotels.
If you stick to the hotel level of about ¥400-600, it'll be the similar quality. I usually go to the "Orange Crystal" Hotel.
The first ringing told you the robot is in the front of your room and sending you the snack.
Your video from Hong Kong to Shenzhen has achieved the following results on a Chinese platform as of today: 360 on-screen comments, 140 below-screen comments, and nearly 20K views.🐼🐼🐼. You've been granted to a nick name of "Sis Bro"
So many comments? 😱 how can I see them, wow! Thanks for letting me know Dicky!! 🇨🇳🙏🏼🤍
@@oliverdadema my reply comment was deleted by YT maybe due to there was a link to the video. I sent it to your email already.
Yes you have 4 bottles of water, if you want more you can ask them to take more. It is free
Actually Manxin Hotel is part of the larger Huazhu group which owns a lot of other brands in China. I actually shoot a lot of hotel brands for this group. I will forward this video to their headquarter.
15:08 If you stick with hotels in this price and yes pretty sure they are in the same quality. Better choose chained hotel brands (Manxin, Atour, Quanji etc.) and avoid travel in China's public holiday coz all things are wayyyyyyyy more expensive everywhere in China.
$70 per night would be conside above medium hotel in China, not the top level tho. There are lots luxary hotels beside this one, one I can remember would be W-hotel, all their service would be better especially the buffet, but those could cost more than $150 per night. Anything below $40 would be conside enonomy hotels.
期待你在中国的第二个视频,旅途愉快,欢迎来到中国❤
Thanks for watching and being part of my travels 😍 I will post the next video on WEDNESDAY 🙏🏼🇨🇳😱
It's okay to wear shorts in China. Nobody cares. A month ago, my German Professor asked me the same question and I was like: why did u ask me this boring question??? I didn't understand him quite well at that time. However, I learned that it's inappropriate to wear shorts in Europe after I watched your video. :D
Well, about hotel quality is based on how deep your pocket is. It’s goes without saying right? There are a lot of hotels in China that blows your mind
I’m not sure if you have interest in Chinese LGBTQ culture, But if you do, I highly recommend you to go to chengdu and chongqing, I don’t know why, but it seems like a capital of Chinese LGBTQ group, They have a lot of good gay bars. I lived in chongqing for several years, It’s hard for a straight girl like me to find a boyfriend, A lot of the good looking guy are gays
Ohhh you couldn’t find a boyfriend? 👀 I’m sorry!!! Well, that sounds nice… maybe I could make a video about it! Thanks for your suggestion 🙏🏼🇨🇳😍
its a deliver robot can
automatically sent food to you .when it calls you,the robot is coming.
For 70$ is that Hotel OK.
Tell you what, The curtains, the lights, the TV, it's all voice-activated. And the takeaway Food are delivered by robots. But I think you can't activate them since you can't speak Chinese, such a pity. Anyway, just keep exploring
Bro, that the robot sends you free vegetables. it called you and you need to open the door and take vegetables from the robot. Sorry about the language barricade.
why would you worry about wearing shorts outside? Have you not seen many girls/boys wearing shorts? Also a lot of people do get tatoos in china
I mean you cant be nude on the street thats for sure but other than that theres absolutely no restrictions regarding your wearing
I don’t know… that’s what I expected before coming to China. But after visiting Shenzhen, I now know it’s all perfectly fine! 🤩🇨🇳🙏🏼
@@oliverdadema I see what you mean. Many people think China is like North Korea before they come to China lol.
为什么你觉得在中国不可以穿短裤?在中国你不但可以穿短裤,就算你和你男朋友手牵手逛街也没有问题。😊这里不是伊朗
Tee and short pants and slippers are the classic look in Canton😂 feel free to be causal, even in luxury hotels and Hermes store😂
In order to keep the fruit fresh, Chinese hotels deliver fruit to guests after they check in. The first call you received was to remind you that a robot was delivering fruit to you, and to open the door to receive the fruit. You didn't understand, so the front desk staff asked the cleaning lady to come and remind you in person. Domestic tourists in China know this rule. You act like an amateur, but don't Dutch hotels have this service yet?
Don't worry about it. In China, you can dress any way you want, unless you don't wear any clothes. Ha ha ha.😂
Hahaha, yeah… naked is not a good idea anywhere 😅 Thanks for watching!! 🇨🇳🙏🏼
That's a dum robot. Last time when my partner from Denmark got deliver from the robot it called him but spoke in English.
haha
😂我要笑死了,那个是机器人给你打电话告诉你他给你送点水果,然后机器人在门口等你,然后你没听懂也没有开门,机器人打开舱门按钮就消失了,所以那个大姐打不开机器人

Interesting you’re importing bikinis from China to Nederland, yet reckon people here cannot wear shorts on the street 🤔
Robot failing.
the phone call you received was notify you there's your fruit was delivered by robot at your door, ask you to open the door and get your fruit :)

manxin hotel is a chain hotel as class as holiday inn express,,not a luxury hotels
For me it was already luxury 😳 So modern, amazing!! Thanks for watching 🙏🏼🇨🇳
Actually, this Man Xin Hotel
is not a luxury hotel, in China’s hotel ranking system, this hotel is ranked as the economy one.😂 Almost like 2.5 stars.
You're little bit picky and when you see the surroundings that are clean and tidy, you can imagine about the hotel. China doesn't do anything to look cosmetically good.
Man Xin hote is ( Cantonese pronunciation ) coz u in Shenzhen, u can't use your own language to pronoun it, ask local people to assist you ..🙄
How much money do you receive from the Chinese government?🙍♂️
what an idiot who has never set foot in china and is brainwashed by western media anti-china propaganda.
70 dollars is just an ordinary hotel, do you have any misunderstandings about luxury
