The video was from the e-viewing of the whole album it premiered days before the release and the gals were there with the chatters
they also chatted with us chatters before the premier leading up to the start of it.
I have just figured out why Bass players never get their moment to shine........... every reactor hears the guitar solos then stop video to chat right as Bass solo or moment to shine is happening and when they restart video they are unaware bass did anything.
Miyako was saying sorry to Haruna and Asami because of her composition, that makes Haruna showing that sign "fast" and Asami complaining, that she has all that high notes from the beginning. After that, Asami has shown the "horns" gesture, in order to show, that she's not amused (just kidding), and Haruna did the same. For both of them, this song is a challenge, but as Miyako said, this song sounds so good at this pace, you can't slow it down, and she was convinced, that such a good drummer, like Haruna is, would manage to do it with this insane speed (I think, it's mostly around 200 bpm, could be even faster)...

Miyako is the songwriter, and she asked for sorry from the drummer (Haruna) and the singer (Asami) for the fast drums and the high notes.
Yes, it always seems impossible that they can sustain this level. Yet, they keep raising the bar even further. That's the crazy part!

So much talent and power is produced by them it's hard to believe brilliant isn't even a strong enough word. They are on a level above another level when you see how innocent they look. Lovebites has perfected making listening to phenomenal metal personal in a sense. I call them my 5 adopted metal daughters, as sadly, I am old enough to say that Asami, the oldest of the group, is younger than my youngest daughter 😅. Lovebites has modernized the best era of metal IMO, and personalized it into Lovebites Metal. Before the Judgement Day album came out, I thought Lovebites was near perfect. I guess they just keep redefining perfect as time goes on.

Oh! This song is the last song from their last album "Judgement day". And this was their online presentation of the whole album.

This song is so mind-blowing; may be it's their "Painkiller".
The "sorry" by Miyako is due to the difficulty of the song for Haruna and Asami in particular!! 🤘🐺🤘

I’m seeing 3 gigs on the forthcoming tour, spanning 5 weeks. I have read several interviews with band members (from Japanese magazines, painstakingly photographed and translated). It seems they almost all see this as the stand out song from the album. I love the video from the album introduction stream, but it seems to have been too much of a distraction from what was being played. This is no ordinary Lovebites song. This is every member playing and singing at full pelt. Asami makes vocal leap after vocal leap…in a performance easily on a par with Painkiller. Poor Haruna will need to be carried off the stage. I have already told her on social media that I will be ready and willing should the need arise.
I think everyone who has bought a ticket for the tour is keeping their fingers crossed that this is in the set. Obviously if it isn’t, it isn’t, but knowing Lovebites, just as they did with Set the World on Fire and Winds of Transylvania, they will want to prove that they only record music that they already know they can perform live.
Miyako hosted a Guitar session a couple of months ago, to a small paying audience, and someone who was in attendance said that she played the guitar part all the way through with apparent ease.

I think this is my favorite song of their newest album. The entire album is like this - fast, relentless and in-your-face. Love it. Btw... Miyako wrote this song.Take care!

I watched this livestream on CZcams very early in the morning in my part of the US when they released the Judgement Day album. A few days ago, I also watched their livestream showing the upcoming Blu-ray of their return concert this past March. Prior to the Judgement Day album release, I considered three of Miyako's compositions to be undeniable masterpieces - Shadowmaker from Awakening From Abyss, Swan Song from Electric Pentagram and Dystopia Symphony from the Glory, Glory To The World EP. Soldier Stands Solitarily is now the fourth. With only one real exception (Stand And Deliver), Miyako composes alone. When she sends out a demo to the other band members, she includes all the instrumentation and she knows how she wants the vocals to sound. The other members suggest changes or additions but Miyako is pretty strict about sticking to her original vision of the song. I am guessing that Haruna has the most freedom. I would not be surprised that Miyako wanted a good mini drum solo and Haruna went for it big time. When all the band members are as talented as those in Lovebites, the compositional possibilities are endless.
'Break the Wall' ( lyrics - Miho / music - Miho, Miyako ) and 'Nameless Warrior' ( lyrics - Asami / music - Asami, Midori, Miyako, Haruna, Mao )
@@GrayFox14 On Break the Wall, Miho started the song but couldn't finish it so she set it aside. She eventually decided to hand over to Miyako who finished the composition and did the arrangement. They both correctly have credit for the composition but they did not actually work together. As for Nameless Warrior, I have found nothing that provides any detail about how the song was composed. It is possible they all worked together in the same room but I doubt it. To me, the song sounds very much like Mao. If you have any other info about Nameless Warrior please share.
@@danw6048 Yes, I know the story behind 'Break the Wall'. I read in an interview. It really doesn't matter if you're in the same room (working together on a song at the same time) or not. During Covid, in general, everyone sat at home,composed lyrics and music for the EP 'Glory, Glory, to the World' autonomously. Only Asami occasionally visited the other members of the band to coordinate certain points. Many songs are written in the world when one band member starts composing and another band member finishes or contributes additional musical fragments (pieces). The main thing is as a result of whose efforts the song appeared (who are the authors). In this case, the music is written by two band members. Miho's involvement with 'Break the Wall' is even bigger than Miyako's. But this is of no fundamental importance. The result is that the song has two authors. The arrangement of the song was not done by Miyako alone, but by all the members of the band.
I replied to your comment to clarify - 'Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)' is no exception for Miyako (as a co-author of music). There are two more songs in which she took part as a composer. And one song, in which Miyako participated in writing the lyrics.
As for 'Nameless Warrior', Mao's involvement in composing and arranging was no more than a 'notional 20%'. The song (lyrics and music) were written mostly by the members of the band except for Miho. Miho was in a difficult state of mind at the time, so she didn't take part in composing the song. Miho only recorded the bass part right before her departure from the band. When the ladies were writing the song, they already knew that Miho would leave the band. She wanted to leave the group for a long time, but she was asked many times not to leave. But this is a separate story connected with Miho's personal tragedy. I don't want to go deep into this..
I can only write that Miho's condition (the last three years) was about the same as in these words from the song 'Nameless Warrior':
Broken piece of a soul
Never heal in the rain
And will there be an end to this?
'Nameless Warrior' ends with:
Bringing back memories
I'll never let it go
Now is the time we'll never forget
Nameless Warrior.
These words and the video sequences of MV 'Nameless Warrior' say a lot to those who know the history of the band well ( including Miho's role in the band), etc.
@@GrayFox14 I said that Stand and Deliver was the only "real" exception to Miyako working alone. In completing Break the Wall, Miyako still worked alone. It is like one person starting a novel but not able to finish it, and then later someone gets the manuscript and finishes the novel. They are co-authors but they never worked together. As for Nameless Warrior, I appreciate the added information but we still don't know the process of how it was composed, so we don't know if it was an exception or not. We do know that for Stand and Deliver, Miyako and Asami worked together in composing the music - an actual collaboration that I hope happens again on the next album.

this song is 'painkiller' in the faster version I think
For me, it's the best track in Lovebites' discography. In terms of BPM, I don't know how fast they play, but it's impressive. The composition of this track is marvelous in the speed metal genre.

@@myindieprodentertainment Thanks for your reply and adding to your list. The end of the video only shows the segue into "Holy War" then fades out. The point being to bring understanding of the experience of being at a LOVEBITES performance, so, aside from 'talking over' to some extent, I am hopeful that a lack of interruption will bring a more accurate "reaction" to being AT the show, rather than the usual individual songs.
After all, they won't stop when WE will be at a performance &:-)
Maybe even a 'marathon' reaction of watching non-stop, then going back and re-watch with pauses to comment (as I have seen some do) which would provide opportunity for 'the LIVE experience' as well as detailed commentary.
I would even appreciate if you preface that the 'trio' begins AFTER 12-songs over 80-minutes performing.
So few reactors or their audiences ever get the "LOVEBITES LIVE" experience that (imo) cannot be understood one-song-at-a-time. Thanks for your consideration (and your efforts to retain STEREO!)

Thanks for the reaction. 'Judgement Day' is a great album. My favorite songs from this album are : 'Lost in the Garden' (#8), 'We Are the Resurrection' (#1), 'Wicked Witch' (#4) and 'Soldier Stands Solitarily'(#10).
This video is part of the online presentation of the new album 'Judgement Day '(release February 22, 2023) . On February 21, 2023, on the eve of the release of the album, a stream was held for the band's fans on the LOVEBITES CZcams channel.
During the stream, the ladies were at home. Please note that Midori has keyboard at home (located behind her back). Midori has been playing the piano since the age of 2 and the electric organ since the age of 8. She only started playing the guitar at the age of 20.
During the stream, Record Label representative Victor Entertainment and the ladies presented the new album. And then, all the songs from the 'Judgement Day' album were performed (for the first time), in the order in which they were recorded on the album. 'Soldier Stands Solitarily' is the tenth track on the album (lower right square - #10). At the end of the stream, as a bonus, the (for the first time) new 'Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)' Music Video was shown. 'Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)' - song #5 from this album.

In order to learn to play the guitar well, Midori entered and graduated from ESP/MI JAPAN (Osaka), GIT-DX department (super fast guitar department).
ESP/MI is the International Music Institute. It belongs to the company ESP (Electric Sound Products), headquartered in Hollywood ( California, USA) .
Midori has been playing ESP guitars ever since and is backed by ESP. In 2019, in addition to the 3 ESP guitars she previously had, Midori, together with the craftsmen from the ESP Guitar Craft Academy, made (personally participated in) 4 additional ESP guitars for herself.

This video is an excerpt from the LIVE stream Lovebites conducted on the eve of the release of their latest "Judgement Day" LP. They LIVE streamed the entire album with "Soldier Stands Solitarily" being the last track on the LP.

As for "Soldier Stands Solitarily", I had a demo of it when I was working on the "Glory, Glory, to the World" EP (2021).
It had a completely different shape than this one, except for the chorus.
The chorus was punchy and had a good melody, so I wasn't satisfied with it as it was.
This time, I restructured it and reincarnated it.
In Miyako's mind, she thought the BPM was too fast, so Miyako said in her mind to Haruna(Dr), "I'm sorry," "If you lower this BPM, it will feel different!" she said.
So in Miyako's mind, Miyako said, "Haruna can play at this BPM," and"If you don't play like this, it won't sound cool!"
With that in mind, Miyako entered the bass line into the software.
Japanese women and children hold up the index fingers of both hands and place them on either side of their head in a "demon" or "ogre" pose, making a "I'm so angry!" and make a kawaii expression.
"Demon" or "ogre" is the Japanese word for "oni".("oni"="鬼"👹).
At an album presentation at her home, Miyako said, "Asami & Haruna, I'm sorry! and wrote it down and projected it on the screen.
The belt Miyako requested for Asami was too high and the BPM Miyako requested for Haruna was too fast, so I think Miyako lovingly apologized to Asami and Haruna with a handwritten message panel on the screen.
