This is a great informative video. I have really bad injuries in my elbow from baseball as a child and boxing the rest of my life. If I'm ever trying to gross people out I can just flex really fast and you can hear my arm from across the room lol. It doesn't hurt much anymore but it sounds like a hefty tree limb snapping. I'm more informed now though. Any tips for rehabilitation from anyone with experience?

Get a sports massage and work hard on triceps. Or do some active release on forearms, triceps and elbow flexors. You will see improvements in a week.

I have permanent tendanitis in both arms permanently but I am not sure if it is caused from shoulder impingement or if it's because I am a hardcore gamer? The orthopedic doctors don't seem to be helping me at all and dont seem to want to find the problem either! The only pain relief I get is if s doctor prescribes me a Methylprednisolone dose pack and most act like they don't want to prescribe it to me or give me any pain medication!

Okay so i arm wrestled. I didnt feel the pain right away. I lost the arm wrestle but my arm felt fine. It was only till at night i felt pain in my elbow area. It was annoying not unbearable. And inwas doing pull ups. I used my left arm more cause my right arm is the one i arm wrestled with. And my right arm hurted a bit. So i am resting it for about a 4 days. It is feeling better but slowly. So far its been about 3 days. It doesnt hurt as much but still not 100% like 80% fine and 20% pain. What should i do?
