Perilla is an herb in the mint family. Roe are fish eggs, so cod roe is a type of caviar.

I love watching these these are so much fun. Watching the food related ones like this. I’m married to a chef so the first thing that pops into my mind is. What could he do with that? 🤣 One of my kids is usually cheering y’all on when we watch these to. They get super excited every time somethings won.

Well the orthopedic doctor told my mom that she broke her wrist straight across and she is in a cast. This is the second one, she got the first one on August the 18th and the swelling went down and she had to get another one. She goes back on September 1st for another x-ray to see if it is healing like it should
Hope you bring these with you when you return stateside. Furikake can be hard to find even in places heavy with Asian markets.
