Prepared this today and omg i have no words to describe how good it was. He is 4ight when he says that the masala is its Jaan.. it was absolutely fantastic. It was better than any other yakhni pulao i have prepared in the past
Excellent recipe yet again! Kun never disappoints with his mastery of traditional Pakistani recipes. This is my 4th recipe of his and it turned out perfect! Excellent consistency of rice firmness to broth and meat was full of flavor. I’m going onto his chicken karahi keema recipe tomorrow. Very satisfying knowing these are full proof recipes that always turn out magically delicious! Hats off to Kun for taking my Pakistani cooking to the Desi next level!
