I had my button cover break on my xp 3.0 and was sent a replacement but it had the whole part that attaches to the bike and a rubber membrane and a bunch of screws. There was a thing with a qr code but it just takes you to the email support page. I got it all together and it works but the top button pad itself pops off randomly and doesn't stay on.

How do you disconnect and reconnect the button pad
Hi there! The button pad is secured onto the handlebar with two 2.5mm Allen screws! You will need an Allen wrench to install/remove the button pad.

If I have a 1.0 would the new button pad work on my bike?
Hi Michael! Since the button pad comes as a whole unit, it would work with your 1.0. 🤩
where do you found the S# on 2.0
On my XP lite the SN is stamped at the front of the steering tube.
Just below the latch to release the handlebars.
