Salasar Balaji Temple ( सालासर बालाजी धाम मंदिर) is a religious place for the devotees of Hindu god Hanuman.It is located in the town of Salasar ( Khatu shyam to salasar balaji bus ), Churu, Rajasthan, India. In year 1755,a Ginthala - Jat farmer of Asota village in Nagaur unearthed idol of Balaji while ploughing his fields.Salasar Balaji is the only Temple of Lord Hanuman having moustache and beards.
Every year big fairs are organised during the months of Chaitra Purnima ( salasar balaji mandir rajasthan ) and Ashwin Purnima ( salasar balaji dham mandir ). The Hanuman Temple is situated right in the heart of Salasar town.
