When you have mosquito bites, to get relief from the itch make a paste out of salt and a few drops of water. Put it on the bites and the itch goes away. My grandkids make their own paste now as they discovered that Grandma knows what she’s talking about.
Super to see you all celebrating the 4th of july. I have watched your family journey, from when you were in St. Johns way before your move to your new home. The growth in all your family from age, height, maturity is really special. Sometimes the antics just make me break out lnto laughter.

Its so funny to see people have fireworks on their own in july. Here people only do fireworks on new years. Orter than that there are sometimes fireworks after local festivities but nowadays they change it to a light or drone show because of the noise and pollution

so on july 4th this year we had a bunch of june beetles around us and so many people were freaking out. my aunt said when she was little her brothers told her the june beetles would eat your ears so she feared them. It is so mean to tell kids things like this.

Put some vanilla in a spray bottle. Mosquitos don’t like it and they’ll leave you alone plus you’ll smell good. A Cub Scout mom used to do this.
