    Instructions for printing large banners:
    I only know how to do this with Adobe Acrobat. You can print a large format document, such as a poster or banner, by splitting the page across multiple sheets of paper (called “tiling”). The tiling option calculates how many sheets of paper are needed. You can adjust the size of the original to best fit the paper and specify how much each “tile” overlaps. You can then piece together the tiles.
    You can also scale up a standard-sized document and print it on multiple pages.
    1.Choose File, Print.
    2.Click Poster.
    3.(Optional) Set any of these options, referring to the Preview image to check the output results:
    4.Print once you're happy with the scale.

      We just tore out previous owners deck over the front steps. To cover it the boards were higher than the door. Makes water go into the house if a bad fast rain. And boards all warped over time. I’m ready to put this skim coat over our thankfully existing cement porch from under the deck.

    Shares his love for the dust shroud and then follows with a video shot of the dust cloud around the grinder …priceless 😆

    • @afbigfish1
      @afbigfish1 Před 2 lety +1

      Dust shroud works well with the proper dust extractor and large flat surfaces "like the top of the slab" when the dust shroud is wider or hanging past an edge such as doing the vertical edge that is likely 3.5" and the Dust shroud is over 5" dust will escape but I will guarantee you its a fraction compared to without it. Without a dust shroud it would probably be hard to even see him. Silica dust is very bad for you, do not work with it without the proper safety gear. This is coming from a guy that never wears safety glasses but silica dust is nasty. Dust extractor and shroud is a must or do it wet.

    I used rapid set mortar to build a basin for a rain curtain water feature based on your coffee table video. Great stuff! I did find out that acid stains don’t work with that type of concrete. I ended up using a water based stain which was ok for darker colors but I didn’t get that crazy luminous color you get from acid stain. Any suggestions? So, I did this last week, and it turned out like sh*t. LOL! You make it look so easy! But when you make mistakes in other videos, it looks very familiar to me :) It was probably just too warm and I should have added more water. I notice that manufacturers are starting to give a water ratio "range" now that is often up to 2 quarts range. I appreciate your videos though! Super helpful! I will be asking you a question on your basement waterproofing vid soon!
