These look delicious but the chicken is disproportionate to the bread, I mean I've seen people use those "dinner rolls" before for sliders, and yeah some recipes I have seen are disproportionate but not *that* much. If I ever get a chance I may cut the chicken thighs in half and use taco seasoning in the flour with a couple of the chicken thighs to see if that enhances the flavor.
