  • In today’s video, I finally trim back the jungle that is my 36 gallon aquarium! This is long overdue, and I was amazed by how different the tank looked after I was finished.

Great job, moss on the wood looks good.
You can tell a good panted tank in balance as you need to do very few water changes. The plants suck up the excess nitrates.

Wow, I didn't know you could attach with super glue under the water! Pretty cool, I'm gonna have to try this some time.

What version of the bow front is this? Aqueon, TopFin, or Marineland? How has it held up? Any leaks, explosions, and or issues you can share? It's on sale at my local PetSmart and I would love to purchase it, plus my wife already gave me the green light! Additionally, I have an extra 20% off coupon waiting to be used. The leaks and explosions have me worried. I have toddlers and safety is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The Aqueon version I've seen has a center brace which is nice and different from your particular model. What do you suggest....? For being young I'm very impressed with your knowledge and channel. I love your content and subscribed. Keep up the great work!!

You should try a saltwater aquarium

Hey bud can I ask what light you have on that tank and would it be adequate for saltwater? I see how you have it displaying white for your tank. But can it also be used for white and blue bulbs which is better for saltwater? I appreciate your input and great video.

Currently I am running a nicrew planted+ light on the tank, and you can only switch between the mode I have shown in this video and Green red and blue lights. However, they do have a model available that you can choose between white and blue or just blue lights, which may be more what you’re looking for. I don’t know much of anything about reef tanks however, so you may want to do more research on your own :)

I think your plecos don’t eat cyanobacteria because no one eats it… it overtook my tanks once and it was a nightmare, luckily erythromycin got rid of it. Your tanks look absolutely amazing! I especially love the moss.
