The Swan was a Y2K reality tv show that you wont believe aired, it was incredibly problematic and i can see why Fox wiped its existence from the internet … untill i found it . Im glad the world has realized this is not okay and we are contining to move into a more positive and loving world. Lets keep it up

The early 2000s was probably the craziest time for American tv lol. Japan also has some very....interesting ideas as well.
I constantly look back at shows from that time period and I'm like....why was this acceptable?? We literally had a show called WIFE SWAP. Families swapped wives/moms for a week and lived according to how the wife was used to living. That meant the husband had a different woman. They allegedly stayed in separate bedrooms, but I'm pretty sure it didn't stay like that. Certain shows like America's Next Top Model went WAY too far in so many things and would get crucified if it aired today.

I watched it live. I remember the story of the military wife who got stopped at the gate of a base because she no longer looked like her ID.
Same!! im shocked that this used to be okay but also so happy it no longer is. The world is become more positive every day ❤

I've never heard of this show before. My viewpoint is if you want to do something, then that's your business and none of mine, but at the same time, I agree with Azzy; if you do it for any reason, let it be for you. Because you're not always going to be able to please everyone, but as long as you please yourself and you're happy with yourself, that's what matters. In the Bible, it says that we are "beautifully and wonderfully made", and I believe that with all my heart. Each and every one of us are beautiful, and we should embrace it! P.S., love you Azzy!

They all looked so pretty before the surgery though! It makes me so mad that the world didn't have the more positive view on beauty that we're starting to have now in the past. So many people insecure and depressed when all of that could've been avoided if the people they were around had a better mindset smh. I'm glad things are better now.

This show is already very problematic and i am only two minutes into the video-
well i hope you buckled up... because it gets worse somehow
I think the idea 💡 overall is kind of cool.... letting some random women have the dream body💃🏻 they always wanted later on in life after having babies and gaining weight/getting wrinkly from age/starting to droop from gravity/other normal things that happen with age.... but they should've been less mean about it and told the women they're okay 👍🏽 if they decide to go through with their full-body dream transformation or not.👍🏽😎✌🏽✌🏽☺️

I FORGOT THIS SHOW EXISTED! It was so toxic, I hated seeing these beautiful women feel terrible about themselves. If you want plastic surgery, ok, it's not wrong. But don't do it because you feel the need to look like other people. Don't do it to look unnatural. Your nose is just fine, your thin lips fit your face perfectly, flat chests are in and at least you don't deal with back pain, your bum fits you well. You don't need a tiny nose or a big butt to be attractive.
I agree! Everyones uniqueness is so incredibly beautiful to me ❤️ Its unfortunate that the Dr on this show couldn't see that and instead pushed his personal ideals on others :(
