What's up mga bees! Ang topic na ito ay tungkol sa SHEAR AND MOMENT IN BEAMS.
Here is the Problem:
A beam with simple supports is subjected to a trapezoidally distributed load (see figure). The intensity of the load varies from 1.0 kN/m at support A to 3.0 kN/m at
support B. Draw the shear-force and bending-moment diagrams for this beam.

Sir what if spandrel or nasa vertex po yung curve, pwedi pa din ba gumamit ng moment equation method para makuha ang moment diagram??

hindi po ata pwede iapply ang formula for spandrel kasi po derived yun kapag in the form y=kx^n ang curve

Area ng triangle is BH/2
bale base is x
Height is 5/6 x
So plug in lang A=[x(5/6x)]/2
