This is random I know lol but get any kind of body oil to take your left over fake tan off such as coconut oil, bio oil or baby oil. Rub loads on your body and massage it right in to the skin. Try to keep it on for as long as possible I put it on for an hour and that will break up and strip your left over tan 👍 then when in a bath or shower exfoliate the oil and tan off using exfoliating gloves, body brush or exfoliating sponge 😊 xx @Gemmalouisemiles

I always love your video's Gemma. I began watching line of duty yesterday on Netflix and have watched all of season one and now on the first episode of season two and I agree with you.. it's brilliant. Two weeks ago I have a cosmetic surgery proceedure... i have a big tummy tuck and they removed 6lbs of skin. I am now smaller than i was when i got married ( now divorced) 31 years ago and I love it. You always look so fit and healthy and you have inspired me to get into shape too ( not bad for a 51yr old lady) lol. I've already bought some resistence bands and have enquired about joining a local gym. Just waiting for the go ahead from my surgeon and there will be no stopping me. I've now lost over 3 stones in weight and am eating an almost vegan diet and can't tell you how good i feel for it. I've also reversed my type 2 diabetes. Really looking forward to your healthy food videos. Hope you have a lovely day darling.. and please don't ever stop being you because you are simply delightful. I've been keto and intermittent fasting for almost a year now. Have never felt better, down 70lbs! I only eat 2 meals a day between noon and 6pm everyday. I love it

the key to running is consistency! if you can do 4miles now then you'll be fine! ive been running for a few years now and im one of those people who can go out and do 10 miles now! even if you run slow as long as you keep doing it consistnecy you'll be fine :)
Omg i didn't know you were running 😳 I love to run. Its quarantine right now so I can only run outside but I usually run a mile out and run 2 miles on a treadmill. I love it. You should keep running. Its amazing

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but you could try a go pro camera for running, their quite expensive but really good, I love to run as it's my time for me, I can switch off, it helps I live pretty much next to the beach so a run up and down the prom always helps me feel amazing, you could look for a running club in your area to help you, as that's how I started, run/walk helps build stamina and also hill training too. Stick with it! 🙂 xx

I started running back when the clocks changed so march time and i do a lot of hill running and I feel that's really helped with my stamina although I can't run all the way up some hills cause so e are really steep but I make sure I run continuous when I'm running on level ground and down the hills, it takes time but it will come you will have good and bad runs but just keep at it and you'll be doing the 10ks in no time I did my first continuous run today and it felt so good but it was on level ground so I think that helped me lol
I really want to start jogging/running but I live in a horrible area and I'm embarrassed about what people will think lol... Hopefully you will inspire me.. New 2your channel but love you both n cat 💚
