Migmar Tsering Performs On "Live From The Fort"

Tibetan musician Migmar Tsering performed in VPR's Stetson Studio One on May 2nd, 2019 to open Live From The Fort's New Voices Project, a collaboration with the Flynn Center For the Performing Arts.
