    Loved this workout! I can’t afford to pay for the app subscription right now, so I absolutely love that there are still some workouts here on CZcams.
    I’ve been following along with TIU since 2015, but only now am really living the TIU lifestyle, as a first time mom. Feeling strong and confident, five months postpartum! 💪🏻
