Looks much better than the old Stelvio that had the goggle eyed headlights. I did test ride that old Stelvio model about 13 yrs ago and quite liked it. But i was doing a lot of UK & Europe touring and mc rallies at that time and just didn't have enough faith in its reliability. Ended up buying a Yam Super Tenere 1200 and never regretted it.
This new Stelvio isn't for me as I'm done with the big cc, big weight adv bikes these days and stick to more middleweight offerings. I dont particularly want the plethora of electronic gizmos either.

Gorgeously styled bike with a very dull paint job . Rather like a super model wearing a hessian sack .
I'm a big Guzzi fan and can't wait to have a test ride .
You didn't mention centre stand or vibrations , so I presume it has neither . Which is bad and good in that order . Key ignition is a bonus . I can understand that the radar etc is useful for some traffic environments but I don't want or need it . The cost of replacing a mirror if the bike is dropped would make me cry .
Enough horsepower to have fun with although 245 kg is a bit porky . But hey , big girls can be lots of fun !😂.
Nice little comment to Beemer Boy at the end .
You can always tell a BMW owner , but you can't tell them much .
I'll give Moto Guzzi a couple of years to iron out the teething troubles and come up with a decent paint job , then I might trade in the big Tiger , which although a basically good bike , has some really annoying quirks ,( mostly electronic twattishness ).
    Nice one TAYM .

The blind spot detection seems like it has real value, and I could see the lights in the mirrors also flashed when you indicated with a car to your side. I test rode a V100 Mandello and was convinced it was my next bike, but I was a little disappointed and bought a DCT NT1100 instead. I think the Stelvio looks quite a bit like the Aprilia Tuareg 660.

Well Mr TAYM you catch me just a day after my 65th birthday having re-watched your Harley Breakout video. As I contemplate swapping the ZZR for a Harley you throw the Stelvio into the mix. I fancied the Mandello when it was first shown but it so long to go into production I bought the ZZR. Then when they released the Mandello they hinted at the Stelvio, so it made sense to wait. Now I'm torn between two very different bikes of completely different styles and each similar to bikes I own already. I feel a visit to a few dealers and a few test rides are on the cards. The new Indian Scout 101 has also caught my attention, although it's down on power compared to the Harley's, Oh decisions, decisions 🤔😯😒😂

The ergonomics and seating are ideal, and the greater fuel capacity over the Mandello both argue for buying a Stelvio over the V100, but it’s ridiculous that Moto Guzzi chose the enormously heavier spoked off-road wheels for a bike that they also admit isn’t an off-road machine. The V100 machine I will buy is one with the V100S chassis with the Stelvio’s “body work/seating” fitted, and a replacement of the marginally functional side cases with something on the order of those fitted to Moto Guzzi’s new for 2024 V85 Travel model.
Having ridden over 1200 miles on their V100S, and 400 miles on a Stelvio, it’s clear the two could do with a blend of their features to distill the platforms into a truer over the road capable design, perhaps to be called a Norge?

Does it have a warning light to tell you when the warning light isn't working?😂
Lovely Bike but for me there's too much unnecessary technology just waiting to go wrong. And being Italian it will. A Bike with this amount of power simply doesn't need five modes.
I also wonder about the potential danger of a long term Stelvio rider who's got used to his Bike warning him about other vehicles close proximity getting 'pinballed' across the Motorway because he's jumped on a Bike that hasn't got it.😮 If you think that won't happen look at the number of riders who swap Bikes and then ride for miles with their indicators on because they've got used to their machines turning them off for them.
But otherwise a charming Bike and i hope it sells well for M.G.
    Thanks Taym.

I am so lost with quick shifting, lane assist, forward crash detection, flashing mirrors and all this other crud that we don't need in riding a motorcycle. Might as well buy an autonomous 4 wheel vehicle at this point. Everyone, stop buying a motorcycle, and buy a taxi service. Let's get cigarette lighter and ashtrys and cup holders soon. Do they have the Lazyboy feature that lifts your feet. And look, we have boots that massage the feet as you ride. Let's get back to basics. Pencil and paper. Sorry, I really do not get it. Only 51 years old and feel like I am 90 with this idea. But this is the reason we have problems today. Adding crap we don't need to a motorcycle to make people feel important. Crazy life we live in. Sorry, TAYM, I just don't get this technology in a world that doesn't need it. In my head at least. Wake , shower, dress, eat, ride, work, ride, eat, poop, eat and rest. Simple! 😂

I like the Motoguzzi bikes & these new one's have the header pipes facing out instead of forward.Shaft drive too.Same weight as Super Meteor but 350cc more & 68hp more & bells & whistles as well. The V85tt is still a good buy too if can't afford the Stelvio & V85TT is cheaper than most of it's competitors but shaft drive.
