The reason why there is a timer is because brawl stars games naturally have a 15 ish minute clock and will time out to prevent a game lasting forever which is smart.
fun fact, all games of brawl stars are maxed at 13 mins, if your gemgrab game is 13 minutes there will also be a timer, and I am also pretty sure (maybe it was changed) but when the training grounds first came out you would be kicked out after 13 minutes too.

U would have done better with Charlie if the enemy Charlie supered. The cocoon tanks some damage and you could also use hyper charge to last longer

u could’ve used the 2 megs, healing pad and keep getting power cubes and have the big robot keep supplying them with power cubes
power cubes dont heal you in gas terms, it gives 400 hp and mAX hp so gas scales with max hp and power cubes dont make a difference

the maximum duration of every game mode in brawl stars is 13m 14s, except modes where there is a set time, for example brawl ball.
