Today is our 13th Wedding Anniversary and our kids decided to surprise us with a special dinner date at the State Park here in New Jersey. We have had many great anniversary trips over the years, but there is something special about having your kids be a part of the celebration :)
We are the Johnsons, a family of six out to turn stress into adventure. We had kids at a young age, so we’ve all been growing up together. Early on, we had to learn how to turn the stress of life into an adventure we can all enjoy together. Life is too short to avoid stress, and the way we see it, stress is a sign that we are pursuing something great. Sure, times can be hard, and we absolutely feel the weight of bad decisions, but as long as we pursue each other and continue pushing for something greater, we will be able to turn stress into adventure.

@@slotvideos1037 We stayed in Myrtle Beach for a week, then Raleigh and Charlotte. Didn't get a chance to make it to the mountains, but want to come back and do some mountain biking!
