I think it's important to mention that these are not watercolor markers. They will not create the same effect you get with watercolors. Yes, they are water soluble. But that's because their ink is water-based. However, it's not watercolor ink. Water-based and watercolor is not the same. DecoTime does have watercolor Aquamarkers. Those are meant to be used just like one would use watercolors. They are white with a transparent cap. I think there are 48 colors available in total. Sadly there are barely any reviews out for those. Which buffles me, since those are "real" watercolor markers and therefore much better than these water-based markers.
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but when I add the water it ruins the paper making bits of it fall away if that makes sense like the grains come out despite it being water colour paper and then once it’s dried I can still see where the pen marks where before it was blended out
You need to make sure you're using watercolour paper. I made that mistake and used general sketch paper and was really disappointed! Better paper helped!
I love them SO MUCH
Thanks I used this video to decide to buy them.
Great price for the markers and especially having the holder. Really great price when they do what they need to do.
