This apartment feels so warm and the only showing I’ve seen that I can not only see myself living in. I wouldn’t change a thing about the space.

This is so beautiful. It looks lived in and I love that. Every new construction looks the same. The “neutral aesthetic” Side note: her voice is very soothing

Ahah! For example, these terracotta blocks are used, in France, for the cheapest building construction… just it looks like an unfinished house

Amazing place! But what always amazes me is how Americans marvel at imported stuff. Tiles from Mallorca, marble from Italy, kitchen from Germany (or whatever). It is the same in FSU, but that’s understandable, we kinda make crap stuff

I won’t ask about the carbon footprint for all those imports, it looks a bit rough around the edges but still it’s nicely done.

“This is so cool” he says, walking into the kitchen and ignoring the huge gap between the bench and the wall on the left. Seriously. Imagine the pile of crap that would pile up in that gap over just one decade. Dust, pens, papers, batteries, knick knacks, maybe even food. Come on people, ffs. Meanwhile at 1:44 the camera pans in on a super annoying gap where the floor boards don’t quiet meet the wall and would be a nightmare dust trap. And she says “no detail was overlooked” 🙄 At this point I’ve stopped the video and moved on. Bye
