Thanks for the great instructions and customer service! I installed the shade in about 5 minutes and it is perfect for my old windowframe which has only about 3/8 inch of flat area to install the bracket. It worked and now I have light!
Hi Neil, thanks for reaching out! By any chance, would you send a picture of one of the screws to service@cellularwindowshades.com? We've never had a report of this before and we'd like to try to figure out what might have happened. Also, in attempting to look up your account to determine what type of shade you have, we can't find any orders under your name. Is it possible the account is under another name, or that the shade was purchased from another company? Look forward to hearing from you!
Uh - I think he is commenting on the fact that your drilled the right side screw in, and ruined YOUR screw. PS You made me nervous drilling the left side screw in. I thought you were going to lose a few fingers in the process. I'd consider re-doing this video if you are trying to increase sales. Good luck.
Sorry-you don't drill holes first, slightly smaller than the screws? You just drive the screws into solid wood? That's really doing it the hard way. And just one screw per bracket, not two? I can't say for sure, but I'm thinking you may be in a bit too much of a hurry.

Thank you I followed your directions and it worked
I viewed this video hoping it would show how a top down bottoms up shade actually works? Would have been nice to have her demo the blind
It looked like you were going to drill right into your finger! What is the most shallow depth of window frame that can be used?
My brackets have two holes. For interior mount, which hole do I put the screw in? The outer one or the inner one?
you didn't pull the shade down from the top for us to see?
it would be nice if you would have pulled down the shade once you installed it so we could see what the actual shade looks like. Thank you.
Mention that you'll want to pre-drill a small hole to make it easier to put the screw in.
You said frame and then marked the trim
pilot holes are your friends.
Watch your fingers.:)
She does not give the measurement for the bracket from the edge of the opening
Hope you never have to take the brackets down as the screw heads are now bald...

@@newfanglejr yeah I was meaning the screw in the video that's now going to be almost impossible to remove one day.
Great video, but the vintage porn music has got to go.
