Love the technique with the parchment paper. Very clever! How do you know when to remove the paper without it pulling up the icing, or sticking to it?

Thank you! The icing needs to dry completely. This can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. Depends on the humidity in the room. I usually leave it overnight and remove the parchment in the morning
