Hi! Thx for your feedback! Few scrapes and bruises, hurt the hip and the left hand very similar as you did in Dyfi bike park. The last 3 fingers on the left hand are not moving properly. Getting hurt sometimes shows us that It's not as bad as we think it will be. I actually get pumped after crashes like this.

@@zizusaid ha ha yes I know what you mean. I also have what most people would think of as a bad reaction to crashing, sometimes I think I am invincible. The fear of a crash is never usually as bad as the crash. Unless it stops you riding for a while. Hope you are well on the way to recovery and it’s not too bad. Look forward to your next video.
