I am so relieved! When you said the numbers of enemies on screen came at a cost, I really thought it was going to be frame rate or blood disappearing immediately. Lack of shadows and light is very small-fry by comparison. Not long to wait now. Thanks for the review GT, personal hype level maintained with slight amplification.

I hope they do a similar thing space pirate trainer did. A room scale mode. Pvp and wave mode. Would be insane in a large space

The lobby system and crossplay are two of a few great technical aspects that every other title should emulate. It's great to see that they are starting to tap into the power that mobile chip, and there is still more potential.
Sit down play is very welcome since not many folks can't spend too long on thier feet.
I'm confident the bugs will be cleared out, there are so many moving parts to the title that a few wrinkles would show up in live play. As long as people feedback to the devs.
Good and dare I say, innovative, game for the Quest platform.

5 missions and 6 weapons seems very limited....i smell DLC or microtransactions in the future.. If I pick it up tho, it'll be on PC. Thanks for the vid GT! edit: bought the game and absolutely love it. Worth every penny

I played on PC the lobby was really broken at the start. My friend had issues with index control on windows 11 where she was unable to rotate. We liked the game but the ending was so difficult compaired to the rest of the level. If it felt a bit more like the division with level progression and a good story I wouldn't of refunded it at this time.
Confirming that app sharing multiplayer works. Was playing with the wife on one purchase.
So do you have to have friends playing with you or can you get into a random lobby?

Looks like a low cost back 4 blood in VR... Maybe I will buy if futurs updates are good...
I've been enjoying my time with this game sofar but I do wish they had a bigger gun variety the six guns we do have just feel very lacking to me. Other gripe I have is the ai partners you have when playing solo are so unbelievably stupid to the point where I'm the only one left every time I do a boss fight, which in turn means I always have to beat it alone which isn't very easy on higher difficulty lol.

Have it on pcvr and tried the playtest. Only thing I can see thats a problem really is levels will get old after multiple playthroughs. Hope I'm wrong
After a few hours, I would agree. I think it's bare bones at the moment in terms of content.
I disagree with the people that want character abilities. I think weapons should be the focus. Upgrades, grinding for more powerful weapons.

Played it for over 10 hours on Quest alone and at least 3-4 on PC. It’s the players and toughness of the runs that keep you going. I understand not everyone gets this. They only see what’s written or said. 5 missions sound like nothing. However in my opinion that is not how to look at a game like this
@@GAMERTAGVR I get that totally. Destiny was very bare bones at launch but I still loved the grind, even when it got repetitive. My preorder is staying on. I'm intrigued what they will do with this in future.
@@GAMERTAGVR I agree. You have to be a L4D fan to understand this. Ir atleast when it came out. L4d was bare bones, but the gameplay/mods and players kept coming back. Eventually l4d2 came out we with more maps, mods, special infected, etc.. I can see vertigo doing this if they are smart.
It's preordered but I'm having second thoughts. Not because of the look... its the content that worries me.
Same same. I’m guessing you like replay ability. But it does look fun. And each time you step into the map the zombies are spawned in different locations. So it’s never the same. Playing harder levels makes the game challenging. Plus I think I’m mainly hoping for more updates. And maybe a real zombie mode like rounds/waves and see how far we can get.
@@josephb8499 the extra mission, new pvp map and more guns dropping in a few months for free has convinced me to buy. Season 2 might be paid content though which I get

Reloading is nothing like pop 1, specially the handguns. There are many small things in this game that make it a nightmare.

Kind of meh that the early access isn't available on Quest 2, made the mistake of pre-ordering via quest when could have easily just gone for steam, big sad.

@@GAMERTAGVR I had to scan all over Reddit just to figure it out, the information isn't widely available which I think is a mistake on their part. More people will make the same mistake I do unfortunately only some won't be as unbothered by it

I was hoping for a deep story mode, I’m very underwhelmed by what we got from this game as I had high hopes for it. Considering it’s been in development for so long. Disappointed 😢

I’m sorry for being so negative with recent VR titles, I’ll probably still give it a go as there isn’t really much out there at the moment. I’m curious when you give your thoughts on games are developers open to any ideas you might have to improve the game?
I always give feedback yes. I’ve also heard the PSVR version controls are terrible and offered my services.
I'm bored from just watching you play it. I could just play Pavlov zombies is i wanted to do this. Hard pass on this game.

Price for content doesn't add up, and the issues I've seen on quest 2 and psvr are so bad Vertigo should he ashamed at what theyve released here.

@@GAMERTAGVR have a look at the control mapping for the move controllers, have a look at what the quest loses, then look at The Walking dead saints and sinners for a decent game how it should be in VR. They even botched the Aim controller, pop up issues, and the footage shown in the upload VR event was very misleading along with the advertising campaign, this game has a very long way to go.
All I know is it’s addictive and great fun. I’ve done a review for the quest and pc. Ive featured PC and Quest. I don’t need their options as player after I’ve made my own
@@GAMERTAGVR They have the opportunity to explain and fix it now, otherwise good luck to hem as far as selling software on psvr2. Too much hype but they do have a track record of supporting games so the balls in their court. At this point I'd rather schlep through Arizona Sunshine again lol.
