Great that it helped, I would suggest to go through Control-M documents or Trainings available on their CZcams channel. If your organization is going to reimburse than you can also think of joining their official courses which are priced at around 4K USD.

Yes, Any job which is loaded in AJF consumes license regardless of whichever status they are in.
Can Ansible be used instead of control-M?
I am not sure if ansible supports connecting with so many different types of third part systems like SAP, MFT, Hadoop etc.

CTM is one of the worst software I ever use, slow, unresponsive, anti-intuitive, silly process to do simplest task. When you perform a routine task like ordering job or download, you never know the status of your submission, you don't know if it will take five seconds or one hour. Do yourself a favor and get Autosys instead
Autosys lacks many features.
What degree required for contrl m
Degree is not important for Control-M jobs.
