My wife has a house on a lot in Laoag. Someday I would like to contact you for blueprints to submit to a contractor to scrape the old and build something like this. I especially like the elevated house and parking underneath, room even for motorcycles. This design has great entertainment value. I would delete the elevator but utilize that space for a downstairs CR (for guests and convenience) so a bigger space there for the overall vertical stack/shaft and also open up the space below for a courtyard of sorts for a gathering place. The main bedroom should have its own CR so if walls could be reconfigured to accommodate that. Bedroom 3 is way too small. Washer and dryer needs to go somewhere upstairs. Wouldn't mind a larger footprint to accommodate all this.

You have very nice designs yet almost never show ceiling fans nor AC units for climate control. Master bedroom shoulld always have it's own separate ensuite bathroom. I'm waiting to see a design with a wrap around balcony. 😃
