Great job on the channel, Iâm about dadâs age and get every one of his referencesâŠa lot are probably lost on some but all reference movies from when I was growing up or maybe TV shows or whatever.
As far as âalways losingââŠone of the reasons youâre blowing up is because youâre REAL. Most other channels that Iâve watched edit out a bunch and concentrate on the winsâŠyou and I play at about the same level (Iâm MUCH less frequent though- no casino nearby) and thatâs just how it goes. I played $30/hand video poker for four days straight, won $18k and gave most of it back in about four hours. Thatâs just how it is even on a decent pay table and it can be streaky, might need to play for hours to get a decent hit and Iâm not sure viewers want to watch that long.
So keep doing what youâre doing- win, loss, draw. I think itâs important to be authentic because the worst thing that you could do for your viewers is make them think that theyâre going to hit a $80k royal or $10k jackpot on whatever slot they play because guess what? We wonât. At least not very often, and this is also what makes your channel special, unique, fun to watch. Who gives a crap if you lose? Or win? Is it going to change anything in your life? Nope, but winning sure is fun and you donât want people out there thinking itâs easy because it isnât. Pretty sure that the casino had a good day yesterday, will win again today and probably tomorrow too so it just doesnât work like that but hitting something good is definitely fun!
One suggestion..youâre grabbing new subscribers every day so you might occasionally run down the terms you use- âsandoâ would be one, a new viewer would have no idea what it means and would have to look back a pretty long while to hear âs**t sandwichâ and put two and two together.
I was playing VP yesterday AM in the Bahamas and found myself saying, âSure get three aces a lotâ to the War Department (my bride)âŠwho eventually told me to stop saying it, I was annoying her. LOLâŠdidnât even try to explain. Others too that donât come to mind but I thought it was funny that Vegas Matt is in my head.
Love what youâre doing- favorite is to play one pull or five or whatever you did on every machine in the high limit roomâŠ.I almost did it myself but I donât understand the betting structure on those video games you play like Huff n Puff and I didnât want to inadvertently make a $500 bet or something.
Iâd suggest playing other VP games like Multi Strike or Extra Action Frenzy or Powerhouse or something but VP can be boring for viewers to watch. Clearly you donât need my advice.
