Both for best animated and best AU definitely goes to Glitchtale by Camila Cuevas in my book. Has an awesome story, best character design, and overall sadness.

My favorite AUs: StoryShift,GroupTale,FloweyPot (i don't know if that's a real AU),Over/HumanTale, EnderTale,GlitchTale and there's another AU where in the middle of the Omega Flowey battle there's something (i think an error but i don't know) make Flowey stop fighting with Frisk and learns how to feel, sadly i don't know the AU's name.
My least favorite AUs (WARNING! I don't hate some of these AUs, i just find them a BIT annoying in my OPINION ok?) : HorrorTale (I find it depressing and too dark),UnderSwap (i can't just take this serious at all, i can't follow the theme songs and i find it weird, but not bad just weird),UnderLust (It's just disgusting and cancer)
My favorite Sans: Why is everybody in a huge love with this character? Don't get me wrong i like him but the fandom ruined him for me. Of course the original one (UnderTale).
Why i like (some) AUs: Sometimes it's interesting to thinking about what happened if something had a sequel,had a different plot etc.
Why i dislike (just, SOME) AUs: Some of them are actually just weird or cringy, but most of them are just never gave me the feeling of the original.
(i didn't counting parodies like Realistic UnderTale because...Well, they are parodies not real AUs to me)

Underverse/Glitchtale were pretty gud. And i really like Ink Sans. AUs r unique and special in their own way.

The Sans that is my favorite, is Ink. I like AUs because they are an interesting spin off an amazing game, each with it's own personality. My favorite AU is Quantumtale!!
5 probably one of the hardest choices to pick from I was stuck between ultra tale the new kid on the block and glichtale 1 of The best undertail animations around I went with ultra tale

Best animation: I can't remember if it was Glitchtale or Underverse. I adore both, but I think Glitchtale could have a better style. The designs of the characters sometimes look a tad odd, more specifically the Dreemurrs, so probably Underverse.
Best looking: Mettatale 100%
Favorite overall: Aftertale, surprisingly. Underverse isn't even in my top 5.

If you don't wanna read all this, my absolute favorite AU is Aftertale. My second being Reapertale, Third is Littletale, Fourth is Storyshift, and Fifth is Underfell, which is slowly growing on me.
