All my life, I always taste either salty or sweet savory-ish noodles. And all I know is noodles should be eaten as hot/warm food. This is actually new to me. So I tried to make the kimchi guksu once from your recipe and ate it during a hot summer day, surprisingly it became my new favorite staple noodles dish. I never know cold noodles would taste this good! Thank you!!

What type of noodles are used in this video? Is there a "common" noodle that works for most recipes?
buy somen noodles and you can pick somen made of wheat flour which is chewier. if you're looking at korean packaging look for this word in korean: 소면

조류독감은 조류에서 발생하는 호흡기 질병으로 인간이 익혀먹지 않아서 생기는 병이 아닙니다. 또한 100도 이상에서 달걀을 삶게 되면 바이러스가 그 즉시 박멸되기 때문에 걱정안하셔도 됩니다 :) 마지막으로 요리 간 정도는 사람 입맞에 따라 본인이 요리하면서 적절하게 맞춰나가시고 레시피는 레시피일 뿐입니다. 적어도 누구한테든지 비난하시려면 한번쯤은 자신이 비난하는 사람의 입장이 되어 생각해보시는것도 좋을 것 같네요 ^^
난 계란 자르는 장면에서 와 반숙 존맛이겠다 생각했는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 님이나 열심히 딱딱하게 익힌 계란 드세요 남의 채널에서 어그로끌지 마시고~
