この製麺機なにげにすごい。一台三役ぐらいあるな。
親父さんの足踏みでさらに中のグルテンが結合して、コシが生まれてモチモチに。
序盤の製麺の行程で見入ってたら調理作業になってきて・・・正にメシテロ！
全ての料理がメチャクチャ美味しそう！もちろんうどんも！
住んでるとこから30分くらいの距離なんで絶対行きます！

What an admirable man. The chef not only upholds a restaurant but also a fit and strong body! A true soldier I'd say and a chef worthy to be served as a regular. Additionally he not only cares about the customers' stomachs but their muscles as well! That is a 2x affection-rate, a *100% increase* to the standard! *Double the love, double the affection* ! Take notice from his example and spread the healthy muscle meal movement! I only wish there would have been an interview and his philosophy shared and I apologize that I cannot easily visit his exemplary establishment.

うどん一つでも、めちゃくちゃな手間ですね。日本食が旨く外国人にも受けるのは当然と思えますね。だけど、これで利益が出るのだろうか？こんなお店なら安くて良いもの食べてるなと思えますね、感謝さえする。はぁ～凄い働きぶり😲しかしうまそー。

あ〜このお店、ずっと気になってたんですが、訪れた事なかったんですよねぇ。西宮ならカツ丼の美味しいお店は、馬場亭とか、たけふくとか、デカ盛りで有名な大力食堂とかもあって、その3店は昔から知ってていってたけど、この店は行ったことなかったです。うp主さんの動画みて余計行きたくなりました！いえ、行きます！

うどん屋さんや町中華の動画を好んで観たりしてるけど、関西圏はどこでも温かい雰囲気にホントに旨そうなメニュー。
「温かさ」があることは、人にとって何よりのものですね。
