- It is so clear why this wig speaks to me. Ha! I am IN LOVE with this hair, and forgot how much I love Crowd Pleaser by Raquel Welch. I will also share my absolute FAVORITE WIG GRIP that is like no other I have tried! I hope you find this not only helpful, but interesting and entertaining.

She looks so natural and pretty on you! Love the color too. I don't have any Raquel Welch wigs. Love the memory caps on her wigs. Are her wigs more like larger than an average? I'm more of petite average. That's one of the reasons I haven't tried Raquel Welch.

You are so pretty! Your wigs never look like wigs. Mine always look terrible and others in my circle of acquaintances.
Go to a wig store and havve them help you pick wigs for your face shape..the problem is the fit..they all seem to fit different head shapes better..

I’m new to thinking about wearing wigs, and am trying to learn. You remove your wig, once you get home? So, around the house, you don’t wear one? Only, how do you wear your hair or what if someone comes to the door? My hair, as is, is why I, sadly, hide when indoors, now…. I wondered if wearing wigs would change that. Maybe, they’re not made to be worn 24/7? I’m so grateful for showing your grip and ponytail! Linda
I just wear my hair in a ponytail and call it good. I guess I don't care what people think either when I am wearing a wig or topper, or when I don't. ;) I still will have makeup on, and definitely like how I look better with some pretty hair, but I have times when I can't be bothered. When I first started wearing wigs I wore them ALL DAY. I put it on the morning, and took it off 10-11pm when I went to bed. I was just so danged excited about having hair! LOL I worked 4 days a week too....and wore them all day. I am retired now, and don't go out much these days at all since COVID, and I am also a home body by nature. ;) It's your own personal journey, and you get to decide how you 'do' you. ❤️

It’s a new chapter in life, going from brunette to gray and all the make-up/clothing color changes needed to going with it. There’s so much to learn! But I’m inspired!
I heard you mention toppers. I’ll try to do a search to see if I can find your videos. One of those might be a great start. But I wonder if I’ll be able to match my white/silver/gray? Bless you for all you do! It’s SO very helpful! Loved learning Raquel Welch is a fine wig brand.
You can wear chemo hats/caps if someone comes to your door or on days you don't want to bother with wigs. There are many chemo hats on Amazon.
Hi Jill, thanks for your videos. I'm new here, from the UK, with lupus hair loss which has become worse over the last few months. It takes so long to do my hair, to get any shape or volume so I've bought a wig and found your channel a great learning resource.
Do you mind me asking: when you said you now take your wig off when at home- what do you wear on your head around the house, or do you just leave it as it is? Thanks in advance.

This is gorgeous on you!! I currently have RW Editors pick in shaded biscuit (which I love but feel it may be too light for me for the winter)but I am concerned that shaded cappuccino may be too dark. Is there a shade that would be in between??
Jill, it's my first time to comment and I have a question. Let me say first that I don't have long hair so I don't have a ponytail to hook the grip over to keep it from slipping up in the back. I'm a little sensitive to the It Stays if I have to wear it every day, all day. I have searched other channels and while their advise is good they don't speak to my issue. I wear short wigs and really like it .....so would you do a short session on to get the darn thing to stay secure and be comfortable. I understand this may not be what you do but you so all the ins and outs.
I discovered this wig grip a few months ago too and it was a game-changer for me. I notice the color you are wearing is brown. Do you find that it blends better with your bio hair and doesn't show contrast through the cap? Mine are tan but I should probably consider getting a brown one. My bio hair is dark.
