Yes I kept those settings. I have still lot to do with start because it take time. I believe when I’m able to adapt my start I’m going to be much faster.
Are the 120 with reaction time?
No, those are hand times. The curve is quite difficult coz that’s 300m track without inclinstions so those hand times would be about 12.6 seconds on the outdoor track.
