3x 1€ rolls + 4x 1 Cent rolls from Belgium (77€ hunt)

In this video i open 1€ and 1 Cent rolls from Belgium.
I got those different rolls at the Luxembourg meetup 2024 from the Eurocoins Discord Server, where people from all across the Eurozone met and did swaps and trades and so i swapped German rolls from my bank for these rolls from different countries. Could you explain how do you get those rolls (from the bank obviously, but do you need to pay some procent or not ?).

Yes i get them usually from my loacal bank and i have to pay a 50 Cent fee for every roll i get. But as i'm from Germany I can only get German rolls here, those rolls from Belgium I got from a Belgian guy. He also got them from his bank of course but i dont know if he has to pay any fees in Belgium
